• You will receive a refund within 28 days of receipt of your return, back onto your credit / debit card, less the original postage it cost us to send you the item. 1st Class Royal Mail ® postage applies.

30 Day Easy Exchange Policy.

• Please return any item within 30 days of despatch to the address above including your original order number and a short note explaining what you would like in exchange.
  
• 2nd Class Royal Mail ® postage will be charged to send you your exchange (minimum charge £3.00), unless there has been a picking error on our part**. In this case, we will send you your exchange free of charge and include a free returns pack or send the incorrect item back and we will also refund your postage. * All tights and dance belts can only be returned for exchange or refund
